Anneke Venter Occupational Therapy requires clients to settle their account after each session.
This practice charges private rates that may be slightly more than medical aid rates.
Clients can claim back their session costs from their medical aid.
If clients have a medical aid invoices will include medical aid details and treatment codes so that clients can claim from their medical aids.
Upon request, receipts will be provided to clients within 5 days after payment was received.
We have card facilities at the practice. Clients can also pay in cash or via EFT and send proof of payment before the start of the session.
