Anneke Venter Occupational Therapy requires clients to settle their account before the start of each session.
Because clients settle their bill on the day of the session, we give all clients a 10% discount on the quoted amount.
Clients can claim back their session costs from their medical aid. If clients have sufficient funds allocated towards Allied Health or Occupational Therapy services, their medical aid can refund their session cost in full.
If clients have a medical aid and they have benefits available for Allied Health or Occupational Therapy services, we will prepare their quotation, based on their medical aid’s rates.
For clients who don’t have medical aid at all or don’t have Allied Health or Occupational Therapy benefits, we will quote them on a private rate.
We have card facilities at the practice. Clients can also pay in cash or via EFT and send proof of payment before the start of the session.
